We want you to love your Nowhere pieces. If you need to make a return or exchange, here’s how it works:

Eligibility:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked courier, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Incorrect or Faulty Items:
We ensure the highest quality, but if you receive an incorrect or faulty item, email us clothing.nowhere@gmail.com . We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Before Shipment:Full refund or exchange.

After Shipment:Return within7 days, adhering to our return conditions.

Shipping Costs:Non-refundable for cancellations after dispatch.

Customized or Made-to-Order Items:Non-returnable or refundable.

MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOMIZED PIECES


Due to their personalized nature, made-to-order and customized pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable if incorrect measurements were provided.
